Paris 11th – Project led by CIEC

In a residence located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, geothermal panels provide energy for 72 homes.

In partnership with CIEC (ENGIE Solutions) and Paris Habitat, Enerdrape has installed 145 geothermal panels in the underground parking of this residence. Generating 70 MWh of heat per year, this installation covers 25% of the domestic hot water needs and helps avoid 15 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. A drill-free, quick-to-install, and sustainable solution, paving the way for future urban projects.
